HOUSE RULES

Not safe or suitable for children (0-12) and pets - Several flights of stairs. Many of the contents are easily damaged. There may be special consideration depending on the situation with other guests. No Smoking, No Parties, No Events (without prior approval)

We ask that the kitchen be cleaned and left as you found it. Dishwasher is available. All trash brought to the bin outside located on the side of the house. Curtains left open as you found them. Wet towels placed in a pile in the shower/ bath. We will strip the beds and launder the sheets, blankets etc. Nothing for you to do there.
Room keys can be left in the room door . Turn off lights and be sure the main door is locked upon leaving.

accessibility

There are 18 steps to the guest rooms on the 2nd floor, however the first floor is handicap accessible via ramp to the front door. There is also one handicap accessible guest room on the floor with modified shower.

Amenity Limitations

Use of kitchen will be made available when the entire home is reserved for private use . Occasionally there may be an exception with prior arrangement
